CHALLENGE: TIME Special Edition magazine produces iconic booklets focusing on the world’s most important issues and people. Spinar America was chosen to develop and Augmented Reality (AR) for all mobile devices to deliver an augmented video experience for readers of the 8 Year Presidency of Barack Obama.

SOLUTION: Spinar America, Inc. in concert with Time Special Edition Editorial department, we produced 4 video renderings (emerging from the issue itself) of President Obama’s most memorable moments that could be viewed on both iOS or Android platforms.

FUTURE: Spinar America continues to produce AR for future Time Special Editions Booklets. Newest magazines will include 3D Animations and more complex AR Experiences, as well as the usual video experiences.
